Customer-Initiated Cancellations in TRO Application

If the customer cancels the ride within the allowed time frame (before 5 minutes of booking) in the TRO application, they are eligible for a full refund. If the booking is canceled by the company or the driver, a full refund will be initiated automatically through the TRO application.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. If a payment was made via credit/debit card or any online payment gateway, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
