Inaccurate Charges If users identify a discrepancy between the trip receipt and the amount charged (e.g., an incorrect toll fee charged when no tolls were passed), they can file a complaint through the app for a potential refund.

Driver Misconduct

Issues like drivers taking unnecessarily long routes to inflate fares or exhibiting unprofessional behavior can be reported, and such incidents will be addressed promptly.

Trip Complications

Instances where a user is picked up from the wrong location or faces other logistical errors can be raised with Tro Application for resolution.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply when a trip is canceled after a specific timeframe following booking. However, if users feel they were unfairly charged, they have the right to dispute the fee by filing a complaint.

Service Interruptions

In cases where a driver refuses to provide service upon arrival or causes inconvenience, users can report these incidents and seek resolution.

Lost and Found

If a user forgets an item in a Tro cab and incurs a fee for retrieving it, refunds for the retrieval fee will generally not be provided. However, in exceptional cases, Tro Application may waive the fee.
